This is a story about how I decided to combine my MäksēLife Planner and my Erin Condren LifePlanner. And then decided that it was awful and took them apart again.
Combining Two Planners into One
You can read the blog about how I combined both planners here (Or watch the YouTube video posted right below).
Separating Them Again into Two Different Books
But after realizing that it was causing me more stress to have them combined, I decided to uncoil them again and recoil them into two separate books.
I’m liking it much better this way.
I don’t know what it is about having multiple planners in one book, but again and again it just doesn’t work for me. I need to remember that for next time.
But I hope you can learn from my mistakes. If there is something that you know consistently doesn’t work for you, it’s okay to just accept it and do the things that will work for you.
Never be afraid to change up your planner or planning system when it isn’t working.
Also, it’s okay to take a break from your planner if it’s causing you more stress. Just set it aside so you can think about why it wasn’t working from a distance. It was really helpful for me when deciding what I needed to do next. And if you want to know what I did to stay organized until then, make sure you check out this blog post.
